Losing Wieght?
I realized that getting a six pack will take time, but I need 3 questions asked.
1. How much body fat is required to get a six pack
2. What Exercises are most effective against Body Fat
3. What Exercises are most effective to get Nice looking Abs or a Four pack or a Six pack


1. Less than 20% body fat
2. Cardio burns fat.

2. Cardio helps you burn calories but weight training will help you lose fat and gain muscle.
3. Diet and genes play a major role along with abdominal exercises — basic crunch, obliques, planks… etc
The most important part of getting those 6 pack abs is cutting your body fat down under 20%. If when you are standing you can feel a layer of fat over your ab area, it means that you still need to burn more fat off.
In order to burn off the fat you will need to do some weight training as this will build lean muscle and help to burn more calories per day.
As for exercises, there are many ab targeted exercises listed at the pages below and addition there are many videos that will give you step by step demonstrations. The second page has more videos but the first one lists more exercises.
