Losing fat in the face and lower abdomen?

I recently have obtained a double chin, and would like to know how to get rid of this horrid thing! Playing sports all my life I never had this issue, but now that I am 20 and going to college, there is less workout time, and more eating time. I have already cut back on fatty foods and started eating more fruits. I run about 2 miles a day, or every other day depending on how sore I am. What more can I do? Are there face exercises? Also, what are some good workouts for the lower abdomen, I have a 4 pack, and my lower belly fat is preventing a 6 pack. Thanks =)
