Looking for an all around exercise routine to get rid of stomach fat and gain 6 pack abs?
Hi.
I have been working out forever and i can’t seem to get rid of my fat around my mid section. I haven’t really taken it to serious until now. If anyone can give me a recommended exercise routine so i can get rid of this stomach fat and be on my way to gaining 6 pack abs that would be great. I am willing to do what ever it takes. If you think you have the hardest ab workout out there. Ill try it. I really want results as soon as possible.
Thanks.
I want a routine that can give me the greatest results as fast as possible. I will follow the instructions step by step. I just need a little help.

1.Stop eating junk food.
Especially sugar(no sodas),transfat,…
2.Do from 15:00 minutes to 30:00 minutes of cardio.
3.Then you do crunches and sit-ups everyday like 100.
That worked for me.
Your body dispenses of bodyfat evenly, so its rather difficult to target a single area to remove fat. Count calories, avoid fast digest carbs except for after workouts, avoid trans fats, increase intake of healthy fats (monounsaturated, polyunsaturated) and carbs (slow-digesting whole-wheat etc). Protein is important for everyone, lifters and non-lifters alike; you should be consuming in the area of a gram per pound of body weight. Whey protein helps. Your ab muscles, along with other muscles need this protein to stimulate repair and growth
I recommend a subscription to a fitness magazine (Muscle and Fitness comes to mind) or even pulling up a routine online. As for exercise routines, ab workouts can be done roughly every other day since they repair themselves quicker than other muscles. Exercises that bring your torso towards your legs build upper abs; ones that bring your legs towards your torso build lower abs. Exercises involving twists/turns build your external obliques (sides of the stomach). You need to mix in weighted exercises with bodyweight exercises. Use medicine balls, plates, cable pulleys etc to add weight. Cardio should be done after your lift, when your muscles energy stores are depleted. This forces your body to turn to fat for energy. Treadmill is king when it comes to fat burning aerobics; it also helps work abs by using those muscles to stabilize yourself. I recommend 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Regardless if you are lifting or running keep your heart rate up to stay in the fat burning zone.
Hope this helps.
