It seems like I’ve lost fat everywhere, except for my abdominal area?
I originally started exercising daily with the idea of achieving a flatter and tougher abdomen.
My workout consists of 55 push-ups, 52 lunges (26 per leg), 50 squats, and various abdominal exercises.
Things like crunches, bridges, leg lifts, mountain climbers, and bicycles just to name a few.
I did this every day for ten weeks. (That’s a little over two months.)
My abs are definitely a lot stronger but my arms and legs are twigs. It’s like all the fat from them was moved to my stomach.
It’s just really disappointing to have stuck with this for so long and not have the results I wanted.

you need to hit the weights in order to get muscle for your arms. Push ups only define your body not build it.
The abdominal area is one of the hardest places to lose muscle because it can’t be lost through just exercise.
While exercise does help strengthen the muscles, the fat in this area can only be lost by changing your eating habits
I made the same mistake, and finally achieved what I wanted when I began to diet along with exercise
