and i do this everyday

good plan is one that you will stick with, if you are able to do this with no problem, then yes this is a good one for you. and by no problem I mean you’re able to do it everyday without having a reason to skip.
I have heard, though, that it is better to alternate your cardio with your abs/strength training workouts. So like workout running for 20-30 minutes, maybe a half hour of elliptical or biking 3x a week and then 2x a week do abs/strength training.
Good job! Keep it up!
to loose weight fast do more cardio first to loose weight and then concentrate on definition- or lifting!
Keep in mind
If your goal is to tone use light weights and more reps
If your goal is to built muscle lift heavy weights less reps
Skip a day to let your muscles recover.
the general advice is to run every second day, so you don’t damge your knees, and then do lots of pushups and stuff like that on the day were you don’t run but also your muscles need to rest so they can grow and regain energy and the second day is where it tops before falling again
