Is this a good workout plan if I want to flatten my stomach & lose a few pounds?

I run for 30-45 minutes on my treadmill followed by an “8 Minute Abs” workout on YouTube, which involves a series of stomach exercises. I also eat healthy foods throughout the day. I know that I cannot target one area of my body, but I really hope that I can burn off my stomach fat sometime soon. Is there any way for me to improve this workout to lose the extra fat sooner?
