Is this a good workout plan if I want to flatten my stomach & lose a few pounds?
I run for 30-45 minutes on my treadmill followed by an “8 Minute Abs” workout on YouTube, which involves a series of stomach exercises. I also eat healthy foods throughout the day. I know that I cannot target one area of my body, but I really hope that I can burn off my stomach fat sometime soon. Is there any way for me to improve this workout to lose the extra fat sooner?

As long as you burn more calories than you consume then you should be fine.
You’ll burn more fat with interval training on your treadmill.
In an interval training workout, you alternate between periods of hard exercise and easy exercise. For example, after your warm-up, you’ll pick up the pace to high intensity for 30-60 seconds and then bring the intensity down to a cool-down pace for 1-2 minutes. You’ll repeat that cycle 6-10 times total for a massive fat burning and metabolism boosting effect. This is a real quick workout that takes only 20-30 minutes.
