skip the sugars and starches for a flatter stomach. they’ll keep those “love handles” and “muffin top” if you eat them.
as for NOT wanting to gain muscle mass, try doing just 10-20 sit-ups a day and leg lifts (where you like flat you back and lift up you legs in the air making an “L” shape)
