im 6’1″ 154lbs i have a six pack but no matter how much i work out you cant see the bottom porton of the abs

Thats because you have a thin layer of fat on your bottom abs, the bottom abdominals are the hardest to show because thats where a lot of fat is stored.
You need to do cardio to lose it, then you’ll see it.
