im 19, 98lbs, & 5′ i want to tone my abs. nuthing is working, advice?

i’ve done pilates & yoga. and i do at home work outs when i get around to it. i also am now doing the “wii fitness”. i cant go to a gym (no $$) & i dont have weights or equipment. im not looking to become extremly strong i just want to become well toned. my abs wont do it! they never get sore & i do almost every ab workout there is. it might be becuz i dont keep up with it.(im lazy) ill work out alot & then stop for a few weeks cuz i got sick or sumthin. so if sum1 is bored & has time on their hands and you have a ruetine for me i wud be very grateful. =)
i kno that i keep reading most of the fat is stored in the lower abs, wich i can see thats the only place on me that i have a little pudge. & its really annoying. cant get rid of it. anyways my point is. i dont wana get thinner. so how do i burn the fat on my stomach to show my abs with getting thinner all over? is that possible?
again. i DO NOT want to lose weight lol. & ive been doing all this over the passed 2 years. ..=P i dont think im being impatient. thanx 4 the tips. ill still take more tips =)
