i want to lose weight, tone up my whole body, and have a sexy stomach by june/summer. (in 1 month & a half.)?
okay so i weigh around 146 pounds. i’m a female. 19. i’m 5″7.
i’m not really fat, i just have some extra weight i need gone.
BASICLY i want my stomach flat, hips slim, thighs toned and butt toned.
i want my hips/love handles to be gone.i need like an inch on each sides gone. when i flex i can feel my muscles are really tight/i can feel my abs, but i have like an inch and a half of fat covering it.
my butt has some cellulite when i squeez them. and the back of my legs are started to get it.
my inner thighs need to be toned and lose like 2 and a half inches off them.
i am a member of a gym, and i have yoga balls, some weights, workout dvds and stuff at home.
i eat under 1000 calories a day. i eat pretty healthy. help with figure out a excersize program and eating program.
I NEED SOME GOOD AB/HIP/LOVE HANDLE WORKOUTS

seek muscle building, the fat loss comes along with it. Your not going to get the tone without some weight lifting.
It might sound counter intuitive, but you should really be eating more – at least 1,200 calories a day. Eating less than this slows your metabolism and sends your body into “starvation mode” in which it will try to retain/store more of the fat/calories from the food you eat because it doesn’t think it’s going to get another meal. If you are active, this is especially true. This is probably why your body still isn’t losing the fat you want to lose.
‘Happy’ is wrong. if you only do muscle workouts, then you only gain muscle, they dont get rid of fat. The best way to get rid of fat is to jog/run or since you have the gym membership you can also do it on the machines. I would mix that with different kinds of muscle bulding teniques tho gain the muscle and loose fat. You can go to walmart and look at the 17 magazines, they have exercises in every issue, and different ways to loose weight.
Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren’t sure how to change it – and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else.
