I want to lose weight, but what’s the best way?
I want to lose weight by dieting and working out but i don’t know the best diets and workout plans. I really want to work on my abdominal ares, my thighs, and i have sum love handles. I was wondering if anyone could help me with finding a good workout and diet. Please be specific if can. Thanx so much


You could start by eating smaller portions and splitting up your meals to about 5 a day and you could consider a protein shake a meal. Cut out the fast food, Fried Foods , Soda etc etc go for high protein meals such as tuna, beef , chicken preferebly white meat ,, I could go on on but im being brief
im not sure if your doing cardio now but get a good cardio program going and gradually increase your intensity levels
and dont dismiss using light weights exercises such as squats , lunges are great for legs , your glutes etc hope this helps
Well one of the best diets I can think of is the south beach diet. (they have a book) the books gives you meal plans, recipies, everything. It’s a great diet, I used it and had amazing results. hit the tredmill, chalenge yuorself to go farther each day, make it a game. Do yoga and pillates. It really strengthens your body, you can get great ab workouts from them to. It’s also relaxing. goodluck!
