I want to lose fat in the bottom part of my stomach, whats the best way to do this?
I have a two pack but the bottom part of my stomach sticks out? i usally do about half an hour of cardio following several kinds of ab workouts.
I heard that working out my abs will only my lower stomach fat stick out even more! what do i do? thanks


run for 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week, then on the 6th day run for 1 hour and the 7th day rest. Repeat this each week for 3 months and you’re guarantee to lose at least 25lbs or more! Also buy an ab roller (its basically a small wheel with two handles sticking out of it. do that 50 times a day and watch the fat disappear). it all depends on how hard you work, so don’t give in!
