I want a six pack real bad… Anyone please help…? PLEASE READ!!!!?

Im sixteen years old and im starting to get into mma Training. Im about 160lbs 5’7 umm i have big arms thats about it lol. i wanna get lean and cut. i have a little belly but when i flex my abs you can see a four pack forming a little bit. i really want a six pack and to tone my upper body (arms,shoulders,chest etc.) and abdomen. ive tried sit ups crunches and jogging/running 2-3 miles a day. im willing to get on a diet exercise daily too im not able to get a membership at a gym but, and not able to buy weight sets. so if theres any way to get in shape and fit please anyone help :) thanks
