i want a six pack abs.. i have my upper abs.. built i do about 100 sits ups but i need a lower ab work out..?
I have my upper abs but i need my lower abs. SO can some one give me a workout that really works my lower abs.. I eat alright i just dont really work my lower abs


try doing crunches with legs up, or using the machine where you are hanging and try bringing legs up 90 degrees
leg raises.
Lie on back, legs straight out. Lift feet off floor. Raise both legs, knees straight to 45 degrees or so. Repeat 10 times for a set. do 3 to 5 sets.
Weighted decline sit ups. Do 2-3 sets of 5-12reps 2-3 times a week. The greater the decline the more you’ll hit your lower abdominals.
