I want a lean, slim, toned, athletic, and thin body type?
Warning:Following Question is long but I would appreciate it if you replied.
I don’t want a skinny bone-ish kind of body. I want a lean toned body that is thin and slim but also athletic, because I play sports. I have a nice big pudge in mid section and big hips, average or slightly above waist, and big thighs. I want to lose weight all around. I do HIIT( high intensity interval training) on an elliptical for 10-15 minutes but go at a normal speed for the rest of the time. I do 45 minutes in the morning before breakfast, 30 minutes in the afternoon, and no HIIT at night, just a light easy workout on the elliptical. I do that 5 days a week, and on the other 2 days, do just 30 minutes, no HIIT, in the morning before breakfast or in the afternoon. I will have a very balanced healthy low calorie diet that is good for weight loss. I will also be drinking a lot of green tea, cranberry juice, and water for my metabolism with my meals because I have a slow metabolism. I will also be doing light weight training with hand weights (5 or 10 pounds) 3 days a week and resistance training 5 days a week with 30 sit-ups after my morning workout(10 center, 10 to the left, and 10 to the right) then after my night workout do 20 second planks twice, and then 10 push-ups. When I lose the fat and weight, I am going to tone by swimming laps for an hour 2-4 days a week, doing jumping jacks in the morning, doing ab exercises in the morning at night 4 days a week. Do you think I could lose the weight in 2-3 1/2 months, and then tone for a month to get a thin look? I want to lose 20-30 pounds. And about 8% body fat. Help?

I would do cardio if you want to stay lean.
