I need a great abb and upper body Workout Rotine?

I’m 5 foot and 15 years old so I’m short I know but that doesn’t matter. I’m a skilled martial artist but I’m not very strong. I got a weight training set a bench a barbell, 2 dumbells, it comes with some leg attachments as wel wher you lift it with your shins and one where you lay down on the bench and use the back of your leg and bring your feet up. I have been working about an hour every othe day. I also have been doing crunches. I’m working out to defend myself and get hot chicks so I would like fast results. Now I weigh around a 100 lbs. I can’t lift much right now I just started a few days ago I can do about 20 sets of 15 repitions with 15 lbs. on the barbell and about 30 reps with about 7sets and the legs I’m not to worrid but that because I think I have a good bit of strength in my legs.
Please help me get great abs and upper body strength. I need some sort of work out plan and I have plenty of weights so tell me like when I should add more weights.
