I need a good lower-ab workout?
I don’t have any access to exercise equipment, but i need to work on my lower abs some… i do push-ups and crunches, and i run a few miles a week.. but i need to add an exercise for my lower abs that i can do at home… any suggestions?


you should go buy a pullup bar from academy(mine was 14.99) then do leg raises. they are the best work out abs
this works your obliques. im not sure about lower abs, but it’s worth a try…
you do crunches with one knee at your chest and the other leg extended out at a 45 degree angle. your elbows meet with the opposite direction of the knew that is in. sorry, it’s hard to explain.
the other one is to stand in place and bring your knee to your chest at a 90 degree angle with your arms above your head while twisting your torso in the opposite direction of the knee that is up.
also it would be good to check youtube. i wish i knew what these were called.. i hope you understand what im trying to explain.. good luck
At home, you gotta do the P90X Ab Ripper X at least 3 days a week. Its not difficult at all, you should be doing at least 35-40 of each exercise instead of their 25. This should get you a decent ab workout without going to the gym and using weights.
