i need a good ab workout that works.?

i need a workout that gets practically imidiate results for the abs… it doesn’t have to be sculpted immidiately, but i wanna be able to see something in just a couple of weeks… i’m not expecting something easy though. i’m in lifting classes right now at school, it’s of season for football, so we lift weights. my bf is at 22 percent, which is really high for me… i’m aiming to be around 15 percent bf and i want atleast a 6 pack… but, if i don’t see quick results, i’ll lose focus and stop my ab workout. but, as long as i see something, it’ll be ok. anyone know a god workout that will get quick results?
