I have slightly overdeveloped upper abs. What are ab exercises that really hit my lower abs?
When I began my ab routine, I did them somewhat improperly. Now I have overdeveloped my upper abs (the upper 4). It is difficult for me to really focus on the lower abs doing regular crunches now. What exercises are really good for hitting the lower abs (the lower 4)?

raising feet when lying or hanging. but it is very common that upper abs develope much better and faster than lower.
Leg raises = When you lay flat like a board and lift legs 6 inchs of ground then lower almost to the ground then go back up.
Hip rock= lay like your doing a standard crunch but put feet together and raise your butt of the ground.
Lie on the floor with your legs straight up in the air, slowly lower one leg as far as you can control it, lift and repeat with other leg. Make sure you are breathing properly with each movement.
Lie on the floor, hands flat on floor beside hips, lift rear off the floor towards abs, knees bent, breathe.
crunches that is the best way to reduce fat. you need work hardly on that atleast 15 to 20 mins every day.
the ‘Scissor’ move.
Lie on your back, arms stretched above your head to start, raise your arms and legs towards the ceiling to where they touch each other, balancing on your tail bone. Return to start, without touching limbs to floor if you can. This will tone all rectus abdominus muscles simultanusly. For extra focus, clench ab muscles while making the moves.
Also, 1 minute of clenching muscles = 1 repetition. So, while you are standing in line at the grocery store: clench, rest, clench, etc.
