I have lost 35 lbs. Still a little “doughy” around the middle; how can I lose another 10-15 lbs. & tone up?

After having lost 35 lbs. in approximately 4-5 months time, I’m feeling pretty good about the direction I’m headed in. However, I’m still flabby around my midsection. I am looking for advice on how I can lose another 10-15 lbs. and tone up around my abdomen. I currently workout 3-5 days a week (2-3 days of strength training and 1-2 days or cardio) and I have done pretty well at watching what and how much I eat.
