I have a 2 pack & trying to make it 6. My lower abs and obliques need toning. Anyone have exercises and diets?

I am 15 and only 5’3. i havnt hit my growth spert yet. i have a two pack and am trying to get to 6. my lower abs and obliques need toning becuase they do not show yet. QUESTION 1- will my increased height improve my abs? Question 2- Are there any exercises i should focus on to improve my lower abs and obliques? Question 3- any diet tips? Question 4- I would also like to tighiten up my chest any exercises for that would be appreciated. THAnk you
