I am I too young to go on a diet ?
I am 16 years old and I have been doing martial arts for years and I have always been skinny (not stick skinny!) and I am trying to build good abdominal muscles for this is very important for balance and generating power in kicking. In order to make them visible is to have low body fat. I do the usual aerobics exercises and have a strict ab workout routine. I’ve lately found myself trying to purposely starve myself to reduce body fat despite my strict workouts. I guess I’m partially impatient. I’m not overweight at all! What should I do ?

Starving yourself is just going to take from your muscles.
Continue to eat sensibly and see a doctor or fitness-specialist doctor if you need to. You are correct in saying that you don’t need to diet and having too little to eat will simply make you weaker and thus, less able to balance well. This of course, is counter-productive to what you need to achieve.
Patience, friend!
(Or should I say, “Patience, young Grasshopper.”
