How to lose body fat to display a six pack?

Background details:
15 Years old
5’6″
140 lbs
Most of weight is muscle
want to get rid of fat around abdomen to display 6 pack

Workout Details:
Run 1/4 mile to 2 miles monday thru friday when i wake up
Lift weights for 1 1/2 hours after school
At night i do situps, etc.

Diet:
Breakfast- Cereal, Waffles, etc. (Sometimes i drink slimfast, is this a good or bad choice?)
Lunch- Mon.-Wed.- 2 pieces of Pizza and chocolate milk
Thurs- 2 Cheese filled breadsticks, chocolate milk, bag of chips
Fri- 8 breadsticks and chocolate milk

What should i do to get rid of the layer of body fat around my abs.

Should i bring salad to lunch? Should i drink slimfast for breakfast?

Should i run more? Should i do more situps, etc??
