how to gett a 6 pack?
im 5’6″ and about 160lbs, i’ve been doing about 25 crunches everyday for the past 2 weeks and im starting to slowly feel the results, i can’t see them though. will the 8 minute ab workout on youtube help me get a 6 pack?
could i do all this twice a day every other day? on top of good cardio and good dieting?

double or triple what you do..Increase cardio..Best thing is skipping…
Do sets, like 3 25 crunches every two days.
Doing them everyday doesn’t give you time for your muscles to rest and repair.
on the crunches ur going to have to do 150 aday!! then 200 max in sets of 50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Having a six pack isnt a matter of how many you do, its a matter of how lean you are.. if people are rather large, it would be very hard to get them to finally show up. To speed up the procces, use weights as you do your sit ups. i hold a 45 pound dumb bell, and i only do about 50 sit ups, but thats all i have to do, because the workout is more strenuous than doing 200 or more situps.. good luck on your six pack!
Haven’t looked at the video so can’t comment. Might need to increase number of reps or add some weight in the near future if you want results sooner rather than later. Try some aerobic exercise as well as some of the other exercises on http://www.combatfitness.co.uk/ – this will not only help you to get a 6 pack, it will help to increase overall fitness, strength and if its what you’re worried about..improve your looks!
Stop wasting time with endless sets and reps of crunches/sit ups. You need to focus more on your diet and cardio. And to really build up your midsection do some proper core excercises; dragon flags, planks, weighted situps, squats.
