How To Get A Toned Body And Lose A Few Pounds?
I’m 14 years old and i weigh 9 stone and im 5″5, im constantly been bullied at school because of my weight, they always say that im really fat because ive got man boobs which are irritating and im trying to lose weight and get a 6 pack, any ideas of how to lose a few pounds and tone up the body?
Also i have tried to go for runs 2 times a week, but im constantly tired after 5 minutes of jogging, is their any other ways of exercise that dont involve running or any ways that can make me go for runs without being tired after 5 mins? I’ve also tried abdominal workouts but they dont seem to work

Try walking first until you can build up your time. Don’t over do it at first since this may make you give up. Cut down on your junk food in take and concentrate on healthy snacks. Lots of water will help you to fill up also so you won’t feel hungry all the time. Do things that are fun to you. Do you enjoy any sports? Like riding a bike? Just try moving your body more and watch the pounds drop.
The important thing is going to be staying with it…if you dont exercise much then its going to take a while, but stay positive…
Try Pilates…get some dvds you can do at home…go for long walks instead of running to help strengthen your muscles…simple pushups, squats, and jumping jacks will help too…make sure to include a lot of diversity so you dont get bored…
get more active in your lifestyle and be sure youre eating healthy….
youre only 14 your bodys gonna really start changing so dont be too hard on yourself…stay active and have fun…and stay positive…
well first off running is a great start…the more you excercise the easier running will become. try playing a sport, then you have to run and you wont talk yourself out of working out. as for abs, you need to get that layer of fat in front of your abs off first. a lot of people have great abs, they are just covered by a thin layer of fat. Definetely the best thing to do is try a sport. that way you can have fun and excercise at the same time

if you can’t jog now, start by walking. Then add jogging for some time and walking for the rest, until eventually you are jogging the whole time
i would also recommend going to your local gym and getting a personal trainer to help with you overall workout plan and customize a meal plan best suited for you

No pain no gain i am afraid. Try every thing slowley and increase intensity gradualey. Diet is important.
watch what you eat for the next year like no snaks and food with less saturated fat and coz your going to have a growth spurt youll lose the wait. and i was more than 9st at 14 so dno worrie. do 10 press ups a night and after every 3 nights add 2 extra press ups on so it feels like less work
I would say do pushups to get rid of your flabby chest. Don’t run but jog at a good pace so that you don’t get tired. Do that for thirty minutes a day…and some crunches. Watch what you eat and cut out the pop drink water instead.
How’s your diet first of all? If your doing all that exercise and still eating the same way that could be your problem. Eat healthy foods that give you energy so you can go on longer runs. Eat more fruits and drink water instead of soda. Check out the gyms but you might be too young to work out. Maybe ask your parents to get you a treadmill or a exercise bike. Cut out fast food and junk foods for awhile. Try out some aerobics. Hope this helps and good luck!
first of all… your body was made for constant physical activity.
you should excersize daily if you can.
Jumping jacks are good for you. do lots of those in the morning and when you get home from school.
