How to get a six pack (over time)?
I am trying to get a six pack, but not “30 minute abs”. I am wondering of some really good abdominal workouts that will help me gain muscle in the ab area and help me get a six pack over time.

yeah man, theres tons out there. What alot of guys do is overwork the muscles. YOuve got to realize that your abs are just like everyother muscle out there, and that they need a day of rest inbetween workouts. If you want a six pack showing, you have to get rid of the fat on your stomach first. Start running, but not distance. Try intervals, sprint for 10 or 15 seconds, then jog for 3 times what you sprinted, and repeat. Keep doing that and youll loose fat. As far as excercises go, planks are great, wehter just on the floor, side planks, bosu plannks, and etc. Crunches are good too, but do them slowly, take your time. Also, leg lifts, as well as holding onto a pullup bar, lifting yourself up, and swinging your legs back and forth, like a speedometer if you were going really fast then stopping. Good luck man.
I prefer to workout using an ab wheel. Using an ab wheel gives me a great burn in my abs in a short time. http://www.ehow.com/how_4891026_ab-wheel.html I have read that Ray Lewis uses a steel ab wheel and does 75 ab wheel rollouts a day!
