How to get a six pack, lose excess stomach and thigh skin, as well as tone some other muscles?

In the past couple months I’ve lost a good 10-20 pounds and am still working on losing some more weight. I’m 17 male, 5’10”, 165lbs, and run 30-45 minutes a day and do some muscle exercise as well. I’m trying to tone up my pecs, arms, and abs in time for summer and so on. When I’m just standing I look pretty skinny but when I sit down I have a lot of excess skin (more than an average tummy or anything)

Basically I want to lose a good deal of the excess skin and wind up getting a six pack. So what are some good exercises and such to get that as well as tone up some of my other muscles while still losing about another 10 pounds. Surgery and such is also out of the question since well I’m 17
