How to get a six pack, lose excess stomach and thigh skin, as well as tone some other muscles?
In the past couple months I’ve lost a good 10-20 pounds and am still working on losing some more weight. I’m 17 male, 5’10”, 165lbs, and run 30-45 minutes a day and do some muscle exercise as well. I’m trying to tone up my pecs, arms, and abs in time for summer and so on. When I’m just standing I look pretty skinny but when I sit down I have a lot of excess skin (more than an average tummy or anything)
Basically I want to lose a good deal of the excess skin and wind up getting a six pack. So what are some good exercises and such to get that as well as tone up some of my other muscles while still losing about another 10 pounds. Surgery and such is also out of the question since well I’m 17


Use Youtube to look for good muscle building exercises.
But if you are looking to gain muscle, you will also gain weight, because muscle weighs more then fat.

Try circuit training exercises with cardio exercises about 4 to 6 times a day.
push-ups
sit-ups
crunches
weights
rope
running
elliptical
and more doing a combo of exercises give you good results
a good 1200-1600 calorie diet is recommended.
Well, your local school usually has great conditioning things that you can go to, even if you’re not in that sport. Even if you are out of school, which with your age you’re probably not, you can go to the conditioning, I’m fourteen and there 25 year olds that come work out with the high school.
As for the excess skin, it will naturally tighten back up, but to speed it up, bathe in cold water 3 times a week.
