How long does it take to go from no six-pack to a six pack if a person works hard?

I’m gonna start Ab Ripper X program. Currently I have no six pack (because I don’t do any ab exercises relative to my upper and lower body workouts), so how many months/weeks should it take for me to get a noticeable six-pack if I work hard?

For those who were in a similar position, how long did it take you to notice a six-pack?

It really depends on YOU. You have to be careful with you eat too. If you do a million situps a day and eat buckets of ice cream it is not going to help! If this is your first time doing this exercise give yourself at least a three day rest.Do not do this exercise everyday.Make sure your get plenty of water.Pay attention to your breathing during each exercises. Not breathing correctly can lead to dizziness/ seeing stars..Do your best, but don’t overexert yourself. Keep working hard, and you’ll reach your goal!

Abs muscles are pretty small (compare to other muscles in the body).
Once you get to 200 crunches, you should get very nice definition.
Make sure you don’t have an inch of fat reserve of top of it that would cover it so you would not see it, even if it’s there.

it takes from 1-4 months (with like leg lifts and sit ups) but the hard part is getting rid of belly fat (that requires really restrictive eating, like only really healthy low-cal stuff) do cardio to get ride of the fat (not every day, tho) NOTE: If you are still growing, do not try to get a six pack, kids should have some fat
