Try 50-30-20(Protein-Carbohydrate-Fat) for your diet. Try to obseve yourself not to over eat but spread it five to six small meals a day</description>

		<description>Try adding more resistance training to your routine. This includes full body motions, like deadlifts, bench presses, and shoulder presses. If you do weighted ab exercises, do so as if you were working any other muscle, 8-12 reps and 3-4 sets. Put in some core moves, such as planks.
   
Another note: Nutrition. This is very important to eat enough protein, carbs and a little healthy fat to reach your goal. Good Luck!</description>
