How fast will this weight loss program i made up work?
I am trying to lose 15 pounds, it is cold out side and my mom will wont let me jog or bike ride outside because she thinks it is to cold. If i do Jumping jacks, ski steps, squat thrusts, crunches, and push ups every day. Jog in place at least ten minutes 3-4 times a week, and do a workout video my mom has that has abb worouts and lower body workouts at least three times a week, along with doing some excersizes on my wii fit like hula hooping and this rythem step. How fast, and how much weight will i lose??? And in like march once it gets warmer out i will start to bike ride outside and i usually walk in the park which is about two miles all around, and i do one lap, but only when it is not completley freezing out. PLease help thanks
i am also eating heathy, and keep a food diary


Exercise is not everything… You need to have a good diet plan to lose weight…
If you are dedicated, a month maybe? 15 pounds doesn’t seem like alot… but it is. Try going for 5 pounds then do another 5, then another 5. But going for 15 will leave you dissapointed and overwhelmed.
Don’t try and loose too much weight at once, stay hidrated and don’t push yourself into fatigue. You sound young (from mom comment) so this will be much easier than if you were 30.
You need to remind yourself before and after each work out that… you should stretch… and YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!!
