how do you get the bottom two abs. of a six pack?
i ahve been doing this nice workout to help you get six pack abs. It seems like the top four are doing good, and i can see that there coming in great. but it seems like theres no progress on the bottom two. i can see anything at all with them. does anyone know of any exercise that helps you get the bottom two abs?


by lifting your legs repeatedly e.g. while hanging from a bar; or naturally when running or skipping up, etc.

Usually this means you have some insulin resistance that makes your lower belly the last spot whre fat is used up. Try reducing your carb intake and see if it has any effect.
Truth is you probably have well defined lower abs. The problem? You have to much body fat to see them. Yes you could use weighted exercises to make the muscles bigger but chances are cleaning up your diet would do more. Take a moment to read this article below
