How do I workout my oblique mucles?
I want to workout the muscle in this picture

Basically I already have the six pack and want to workout the muscles to the side of my abs but all the exercises that I know of feel weird, I just don’t like them. Can you guys tell me of some exercise that you know will workout those muscles good?

do what i did, worked for me.
Get a weight pretty heavy and hold it in your arms, turn your knees to your right and your torso to your left. Switch sides and this should work, sorry if i didnt explain it well enough. im tried

try twisting with a pulley grip at waist height in both hands and then after 16 or so reps switch sides for a few sets I set the weight at 70 pounds
