How do I prevent cramps in my lower abdomen?
I have been working out very often, especially using Wii Fit. I often drink water before and after workouts. It seems as though every time I do a jogging session, I must stop nearly halfway through (even on Short) and take a break because of very painful cramps in my lower left abdomen. When I play sports as well the same problem occurs, even though I am pretty well hydrated. Any solutions?


try a course of magnesium , tablets ,or quinine , both are very good for cramps
