how do i get a flatter stomach ?
im not looking for a six pack, i just want to loose the extra “chub” around my stomach. im a vegetarian and i eat mostly healthy. i run three times a week and walk 4. i also go to the gym twice a week, but all thats for my legs. any tips or exercises that work my abs the fastest?


I suggest that you try and alter your workout for awhile may be 3-4 weeks to a 30 min walk instead of running for about 3 days a week and weight train for your about 2 days. Supplement your diet with olive/macademia oil since inclusion of omega 3 fatty acids should help your quest of weight loss, i dont think your getting enough of it since your a vegetarian and the best source for these good fats are fish/fish oil supplement. Try and include more fiber in your diet from oatmeal, fresh fruits and veggies supplement with natural soy protein it should help in keeping your hormone levels healthy plus alot of other benefits. Get nutrilites Soy Protein if you can its the best in my opinion.There are no best exercises for your abs just work them with good intensity about 4 times a day, hit from all angles, obliques,lower and upper abs. I used to have that problem, and nothing I tried worked. I found this really good site that gives a lot of tips and things on how to lose weight around the stomach area. Its all about dieting and losing fat, I found it really helpful. It also talks about how only doing crunches and sit ups is the least effective way to lose your stomach, not to mention cardio doesnt have that much effect either.
