How do i build abdominal and chest muscles?
Hi, i’m 15 and skinny. I’m not bone skinny but i’m not fat either. first things first is that i have been working my abs, lower abs and obliques and need tips on a more effective way to work and build the six pack. i am not looking for a deadline but would like to have it by the summer. Also the same with the chest. i dnt know if i should take protein after my workouts to help build but i’m not sure. Thank you so much.
