How can I get abs in a short period of time?
abs/six pack…keep in mind that I’m a girl…I don’t want nasty muscular arms only my stomach. any advice on exercises or eating choices to achieve this?

i heard that it takes a while to gets abs especially because thats the hardest part of the body to work on but i mean i guess just if u do ab exercises and different ones to hit certain spots everyday im sure youll be able to achieve ur goal…….and you can google different ab exercise cuz i dont know how to explain all of them cuz theres a bunch and i think it would be best to drink lots of water and nothing else ( drinks that is )
i do bout 200 situps each night. Within probably 3 months I noticed i had a six pack. Just do situps and dont stop when it burns. After u get past that point it just doesn’t hurt anymore. At least for me. Then u can go forever. lol. Just do situps. They work! PS. I’m 15
im on the same thing right now and mine is working GREAT! i do 50 to 60 curl up a day. i do push up and girl push up. i also do candle sticks. they work amazing just for abs. hope i helped
eat 80 percent only according to your daily food, whenever going to eat something, always drink at least 1 glass of water before, and don’t do smoke or keep away from alcohols and cola drinks, drink juice,
and most important is that 15 18 20 sit ups, and crunches exercises daily. three fase 15 18 20 see results in one month.
