How can I get abs and What daily workout helps to get them?
Serious Answers Please… I am 15 and I am 5’11 and Skinny and i want to have Abs. I dont know anything that would work. If anyone has an answer thats serious please post. And I am willing to do the exercise daily.


Do a one day workout one day off routine.
Crunches 3 sets of 25
Leg raises 3 sets of 25
cross crunches (left elbow to right knee and vice versa) 3 sets of 25 for each side.
then rest next day,
then do it again day after.
If you are skinny, you should have a noticable six pack in a month.

Leg raises are great also (lie on your back and lift your legs [keeping them straight] a few inches above the ground and lower them. Repeat).
As you say you’re skinny you shouldn’t have too much stomach fat and so you should find it easier to get a six pack

my ab excessive is a little complicated so listen well: you have to be laying on the floor and lift you legs (don`t bend them) and as they`re going down, separate them and get them back together when they`re near the floor (without touching the floor), then get the up again and as they`re going up, separate them and get them back together when they`re up high and get them down again (together). Do this 5 times.
