How can i get a six pack (read description)?
I have rock hard abs, but my “six pack” just won’t show up. I’m not fat, I’m seventeen years old and a size 2. I don’t want that full on six pack like men have, but I want my stomach to look toned and sexy. I have been a competitive swimmer for almost 11 years now so I swim every day, along with dry-land workouts like running, ab excercises, etc. Right now my stomach doesn’t look back, I just want to get it more toned. Is there any kind of food I need to eat for my abs muscles to show up more? Or what else can I do? Please help me!

and make someone huge stand on your tummy.
I’m sorry to say, but it may be impossible due to genetics. Some people don’t have the ligaments going across the abdominal muscles to give that defined “6 pack” look. If your abs are already hard and have little fat over them it’s possible you could be one of those people.
