How can i get a six pack (read description)?

I have rock hard abs, but my “six pack” just won’t show up. I’m not fat, I’m seventeen years old and a size 2. I don’t want that full on six pack like men have, but I want my stomach to look toned and sexy. I have been a competitive swimmer for almost 11 years now so I swim every day, along with dry-land workouts like running, ab excercises, etc. Right now my stomach doesn’t look back, I just want to get it more toned. Is there any kind of food I need to eat for my abs muscles to show up more? Or what else can I do? Please help me!
