How can a boy just starting puberty get a six pack?
Hi, I really want six pack abs. I am 13 years old, in 8th grade. I’m 5’4 and I’m on the skinny side (around 100 lbs). I’m just starting puberty (I don’t have any armpit hair. I have sort of a four pack but it’s not really noticable and I want a real, strong actual six pack. I’ve been swimming and playing basketball on teams since I was like five and I’ve been playing water polo since I was nine or 10. I hav a dryland training class that I do ever so often. I started working out when I was like 10, but I only did small stuff. Now I try to workout five days a week at night before bed. I lift 5 lb weights in various positions and in total I do around 150 reps for each hand. I do pull ups and push ups. I do 100 crunches and 100 reverse crunches and more. After I workout I drink a glass of milk to get my protein. Any ideas? Please help me get my abs!

Well when you lift the low weights with many reps, your usually just making cuts in your muscles. You should starts with high weights and low reps to gain some bulk, and then try and cut the bulk up.
i dont know the answer. im a girl, i just do aerobics to stay lean.
dont go overboard on this muscle thing. Your still young you will fill out later.
im impressed by how devoted you are, but if your doing this for girls. most girls dont like a lot of muscles.
I hope you get your 6 pack. just please dont hurt yourself in the process.
