Heres my Story?
Okay so im 16, I weigh just under 140, about 138, and im 5’3. Its not good enough and i despritley need to lose more weight. I recently got a workout room together including a treadmill, a ab lounge a tony little gazelle, a exercise ball and a rolling wheel. I need to look better and feel better about myself by june. That’s my goal, here’s the thing, how do i deal with wanting things that i no i cant have, is there anything really healthy that you think i’d like that i can eat instead of eating the bad things that i want. and how should i go about losing about 10-20 more pound by June? please help me. Thank you!!

uhm, usually getting a cooking book with like low-fat food, helps, cause you get to make your own food and have fun

everytime you want something that you know will make you gain weight, taste something fugly, just for the heck of it, then you’ll grow out of it… or end up liking that fugly thing..
