Have you ever used Turbo Jam?
It’s the middle of the night and I’m watching Turbo Jam. It looks great. Looks like fun, most of all, and it looks like a low impact workout. But I wonder if it really is as effective as they make it sound.
Have you used Turbo Jam? What was your experience? What were your results?
Also, do you think a pregnant woman could do the workout(s)? I’m seeing some of these “ab moves” and I think some should be avoided, but there are other moves and the workout as a whole seems doable.


I seem to remember trying this and being annoyed by it but I just looked it up on Amazon and see it gets mostly 4 and 4.5 star reviews so maybe I’m confusing it with another dvd. And no, I don’t think it looks safe for a pregnant woman.
If you’re pregnant, ask your doctor what you can safely do. I walked a lot during my pregnancies but a couple of friends weren’t even allowed to do that. So ask. And if you get the all clear, here’s a selection of mommy exercise dvds:
