Guys! Any tips on getting six pack within 2 months?
As a 83kg and 176cm tall 16 year old male, i am tryin to achieve six packs. I hope by next year i can have six packs. Well I’ll say that I have great look, but too bad my body is not. The bad part is that i have no exercise equipments in my house! So i rely on crunches alone. Will crunches alone works to get six pack?
I have the motivation to start working out but whenever I try doing crunches, i have this strong discomfort on my neck. I am doing crunches like about 3 to 4 times and my neck will start to ache already. I did not apply great pressure to my neck, but somehow the ache is there.
What is the correct and safe way of doing crunches to prevent neck aches and injuries?
yo! if u guys have any other great ab workouts besides crunches alone, please give your suggestions. Because I have a strong feeling that it will take decades for me to achieve six pack if i only rely on crunches alone. lol
hey. i just come across a news on doing sit ups. Apparently, it seemed that a guy same age as me doing 1000 sit ups a day and still get nothing. Can someone explain what is the reason behind this?


Increase your protein intake and reduce sugars and carbs. Eat a lot of fibre and drink lot of citrus juices and water. And finally do exercises regularly. Don’t over do ab exercises.
I like the ab lounge but you may be a bit tall. you could put your hands behind your head and walk around doing knee-strikes, bringing your elbows towards the knee with each strike.
Everyone has a six-pack, of sorts. Yours is just buried under pudge. Do some cardio.

I get a six pack at the liquor store
Mate, what i do is go for a run in the morning (maybe 4 km). Then i do various sit-up excersises. You should try it. I achieved a six pack within a month. It is easier if you have another person with you for motivation and you could simply look up some different sit-up excersises. Right now i do about 7 different excersises and it totals up to about 200 sit-ups.. Oh yes and dont forget to stretch before doing this. Pushing your head against the palm of you hand on each side of your head is a good stretch. This may be the reason you get pain.. Because your body is cold!!
yea, if only sit-ups with your own body as a weight, you won’t get abs but if you take a 10 kg dumbell and sit-up with it on your stomach, you will get it within 1 month! with a routine 200x a day!
