Lay flat on your back and do leg lifts, holding them about one foot off the floor and counting to ten. Do this until it hurts then stop and do again the next evening, about 5 times a week
leg lifts/bicycle crunches
Reverse crunches, seated cycling, scissor legs, pelvic tilts, these will help the lower abs. Also the plank position will strengthen the whole abdominal area.
