Getting rid of rolls, arm fat, abdomen fat, thigh fat, waist fat?
These are rly hard places. Any workout suggestions? Will cardio or like aerobics help this. I do aerobics two times a week in a college class. I feel like I’m not seeing in results cuz I have been a little bit off my diet cuz of depression and stress but I’m trying to get back on and it seem kind of harder now. I’m slowly losing confidence. I knew I was able to lose this weight at first but now it seems I’m out of place with achieving my goal. It I still got so much to lose. I want to feel more confident but everytime I look at myself naked I think “ugh”

If you’re trying to tone and lose weight, you need to up your cardio workouts and strength train, too. Also, you need to eat healthy foods and cut back on junk: lean proteins, whole grains, fruit, veggies. It’s a simple formula, but it works. You’re not going to get where you want to get without effort. Not only will more cardio and weight training help with weightloss and toning, it will also help with self-confidence and ease stress and depression. Good luck!
You need to do both cardio and weight lifting. Cardio without weight lifting will make you look flabby while weight lifting without cardio will make you look bulky. Weight lifting tones (or builds) your muscles but cardio burns fat.
But trust me, it really isn’t difficult to lose weight. All you need is dedication, motivation, and self discipline. I’ve lost a lot of weight and what I did was eat 1,500 healthy calories a day, run for 30 minutes every other day, and lift weights every day (but I worked different muscle groups every day).
