Getting rid of rolls, arm fat, abdomen fat, thigh fat, waist fat?

These are rly hard places. Any workout suggestions? Will cardio or like aerobics help this. I do aerobics two times a week in a college class. I feel like I’m not seeing in results cuz I have been a little bit off my diet cuz of depression and stress but I’m trying to get back on and it seem kind of harder now. I’m slowly losing confidence. I knew I was able to lose this weight at first but now it seems I’m out of place with achieving my goal. It I still got so much to lose. I want to feel more confident but everytime I look at myself naked I think “ugh”
