Getting in shape, am I doing what I should be? Am I doing enough?
So I’ve been jogging every morning when I go to the gym, I either increase my speed or my time or both. Yesterday, I jogged 50 mins and had 4:11 4 miles and part of a lap. Today I jogged 60 minutes with exactly 5 miles. I want to get in bikini shape. I was told I need to do more lunges, ab, squats exercises.
So here is my plan:
lunges: 3 sets of 10
Squat: 3 sets of 20
crunches: 2 sets 100 every other day
1 hour of cardio everyday.
Do you think that is enough? Do you have any recommendations of exercises you enjoy or tips on toning down and getting in shape?
Also, I’ve cut out a lot of carbs, I’m a vegetarian so it’s really easy for me to eat salads everyday

U will definitely get into bikini shape.But u will also b developing muscles on ur thighs,lower limbs n around the shoulder.
u will lose fat and gain muscle wich will make u look bigger! quit these exercises and eat 1000 calories a day to lose lots of weight
that good. deffinately dont quitthe muscle taining. if there’s one thing you dont want to looklike, its skinny fat. you can look that up on google. all victoria’ssecret models spend hours doing weights and exercising to look the way they look.
I recommend instead of ordinary lunges, you work on weighted lunges. do less reps with a heavier weight. this works on your back, core, leg and shoulder muscles. iv’e felt it
cardio is good.
make sur eoyu still get enough protein in your diet. if you wat to tone up, you need to eat alot of protein! keep in mind, the protein in tofu is vitually impossible fo rthe body to process.
alot of women are scared to do weights because they think they will become bulky and therefore ugly.
Women dont process the necessary testosterone to gain large muscles. its almost impossible!
Ireally recommend you find a good weights work out program. you will get the results you want alot quicker than just the regular,, non weighted exercises.
