Getting a 6 pack without weights?
I heard you can get a 6 pack with a thing called 6 minute ab workout. What is this and how do I do each exercise and if you have a better workout please share.

Stay off saturated fat foods, go running twice a week at least and do 4 sets of 10 sit ups a night on £5 sit up bar under your door.

I suggest going to the store down the road, and buying one. I recommend bud light or Budweiser, but you can pick.
oh and 30 rack or a keg is always better.
Allot of people have six packs under their fat and don’t realize it. Try eating a properly balanced diet, jog a few miles a day, and do some crunches and you will have your six pack. If your over 30 than it may be to late for you.
Towel to use for resistance, crunches, push up, also use chairs seats, hang a pole on top of a door and lift yourself up.

There is a video called 8 Minute Abs. It is 12 exercises done for 40 seconds each. Type this in to youtube and you can probably see the whole thing.
Remember, part of being able to see your ab muscles is having an overall low enough body fat percentage. Depending on the way fat is distributed on your body, building your ab muscles without reducing your overall body fat may not have visible results.
Notice, the people in the video are all very muscular overall and have low body fat, allowing their ab muscles to be more visible.
