Get six pack abs in one week.Possible?
Can anyone help??I skip breakfast everyday and my calorie intake is less than 1000. I still have fat around my waist. Been on this diet for 2 months now. I really want to get six pack abs please help. An expert or anyone with six pack. I do exercise also. Crunches, Press ups ,Squats,Plank, and Butterfly Crunch 3 sets of 15 reps for each exercise. That my workout and i do it everyday. Thanks for your answers in advance.
And btw i’m 18 and 55kgs. My GP says i’m under weight but i don’t look underweight. My bmi is 18.7%.


Long answer short? No, you need to work at it.
Eat some protein. if you are told you are under weight and you GP confirms it then you probably are!!!!! dont skip breakfast studies show you loss more weight when you eat it, the fat will take time to lose, much londer then 2 months. to start burning any fat you have to excersive at least 20 minutes. and just because you have fat doesnt mean you are fat all normal and healthy looking people have fat. oh and i dont think you will ever get a six pack in one week, sorry.
The main question I get asked about is how do I get ripped abs. Heaps of guys wish for a rock hard pack of abs and I tell them the same thing.
There are three components to getting ripped abs, and you will have to be on top of all of them. You will never get a 6 pack by exercising and ignoring your diet.

Ok, I have a six pack, and this is what i suggest. First DONT SKIP BREAKFAST. you need more than a 1000 calories to get through your day. You are just going to make yourself sick. If you really want a six pack, you need to understand your bodys nutritional needs better, and do the right exercises to develop and maintain it. You are going about this entirely the wrong way.

How long it takes depends on your body fat to lean muscle ratio. If your abs are firm already and you just can’t see them it will have more to do with the types of foods you are ingesting.
You definitely don’t want to skip breakfast. This is really the most important meal of the day.
Eating 4-6 meals each day is a much better method of feeding the muscles and burning fat which will
reveal your six pack.
Eating a diet like this and avoiding the others listed here will get you a six pack very quickly.
You want to eat all foods in there most natural state. Of course meats should all be cooked correctly.
Outline of a good diet for each meal is…
A. Lean meats- like fish,turkey,beef,soy milk,chicken etc.
B. Vegetables Complex Carbohydrates (These should be lightly steamed or raw) nothing added no salt or butter etc.
C. Fruits Simple Carbohydrates
D. Good Protein Drink you can use this as one or two of your meals. It’s a good idea to use soy milk in the mixture as dairy products also coat over your muscles.
Avoid salt,butter and sauces in general as they usually contain salt and other unwanted ingredients.
