gaining fat after abs workouts?

i am a 12 year old girl, i have been doing abb workouts for a few weeks. I read that abs r 30 percent exercise and 70 percent diet. So i have also been eating healthier. For breakfast I have a waffle or 2, or a special k bar. For lunch i have 2 slices of turkey on whole grain bread. For a snack i have lowfat frozen yogurt with some chocolate syrup, (only a little), and i eat my dinner. So why am i gaining fat on my stomach. I really don’t think it is muscle because muscle is hard, and this is soft.
When i say ab workouts, i mean 100 crunches a day, yoga, and leg lifts.
