Foods to avoid for a flat tummy?
Ok, I like to eat but I do exercise on a daily basis (4 or 5 days throughout the week). I’m usually @ the gym for at least a good 1.5 hr. I do aerobic & anaerobic exercises. I was a little bit overweight for my height but I’ve lost a lot since I started to hit the gym for the past 5 years. Now I’m much smaller & @ a better fit for my height but I’m not thin or skinny. However, I have a problem w/ my tummy. I do crunches & other abdomen workouts but I can’t seem to get that flat tummy. It’s a lil pouch I have as I’m sure many other women have them. I was told to cut out carbs to get a flat tummy but I can’t! As stated, I like to eat but I don’t overeat though. My point is… what are some specific foods to avoid so that I can enjoy eating my carbs but can still get a flat tummy?


trying eating half of things.. Like if you get a plate of french fries only eat half of them.. or if you get a sandwich cut it in half.
for losing that fat on your tummy. Running is the ultimate excercise for working out. Also when picking food read the nutrition facts and always check the serving size. Some companies can try to scam you and make u think its healthy when its not.
I would avoid all the foods that score high on the glycemic index. Not all carbs are created equal.
