fat is yuckky….will i lose 20 pounds in a month doing this. if not tell me how i can?

IN A MONTH
EXERCISE::::::
–everyday i do 45min-1hour on the elliptical
i do an ab workout consisting of different kinds of cruches and it adds up to a total of about 500.
–monday wednesday and friday i play volley ball and we have workouts where we lift weights for a little bit and run about 1/2 to 1 mile..
–also do other moderate exercise such as cheerleading, and some tennis…………….dont really count it though
DIET:::::::::::
i eat sugar free jello alot mainly my breakfast and lunch..its only 40 calories per box.
then i either eat a subway sandwich or a peice of chicken/fish with vegetable for dinner
i only drink water
Ive limited my calories to 500..i know its not very much but im really serious about losing this weight and i don’t care
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO LOSE MY 20 POUNDS AND WILL I GET A SIX PACK…WHAT CAN I DO ALSO TO HELP GAIN THE SIX PACK… thanks


You shouldn’t lose 20 pounds in a month. You should lose like 10 at the most, if that.
you are aware that if you starve your body of that many calories too fast your body will actually start storing them.
jello isnt the healthiest thing to be substituting meals with. its stupid that you are doing that. try the kelloggs bars ~ only like 100 calories. your body need calories and carbs to function and for your metabolism to work proporly.
With that diet your metabolism is going to slow and make you fat for the rest of your life… almost all fat people are on restricted diets, they just don’t work.
The more muscle you have the faster you can lose weight as they need so much fuel even when you are doing nothing they just keep burning fuel.
You have to speed up you metabolism to lose fat…
to speed it up you must eat more earlier in the day
Six packs come from muscle and muscle dose not form when your body is underfed
Remember skinny is as ugly as fat

What you eat for breakfast and lunch powers your body
What you eat for dinner and supper is put into storage..
Get up before dawn, have a big breakfast – No Sugar, lots of grains and protein. then exercise to a sweat and heavy breathing all in the first hour of being awake… the more the better and at first light.
You are informing your metabolism that it needs to wind up the energy cause you are working hard…
The faster your metabolism the more fuel it burns. Think of it having 10 speeds 1 is when you are underfed and no activity and ten is when you have a full tank of fuel and working like a one armed guy putting up wall paper..
What speed and fuel consumption do you want your body set at.
If you take it easy during the first hour of being awake, your body closes down to protect your store of food (Fat) for later and no amount of dieting or exercise will ever shift the weight
Remember muscle is the secret, its like your engine the more you have the more fuel it burns.
If you build up, at first you will gain weight then the muscles start demanding constant energy and the fat will be burnt up in no time at all… Unless to ear sugar… The body converts fat into a sugar, but only if the body dose not have another supply.
with good muscle development it is almost impossible to keep excess fat.

an interesting experiment is when you are feeling great and energetic… and exercising well – Have a thick shake and watch you mood drop to depression and the sleepy exhaustion wash all over you….
I did this with my coach, I didn’t believe him but it is amazing…
Its the eating of fat and sugar together, it just kills all energy and drops the metabolism to almost minimum. thick shakes are very high sugar and fat from the milk and ice cream.
Sugar is your enemy, self discipline is your friend

you cant have muscle and look like a scare crow, what is more important, a sickly weight or a six-pack you cant have both.
Losing 20 pound in a month could kill you, when your body runs out of fuel it will start to reabsorb the protein from your heart and organs to use as fuel, damaging fat cells is one thing but once you damage your heart and kidneys you are shortening your healthy life.

okay well you probably wont like my answer but i’ve learned from experience that this is the best way
the most important i think is motivation. and it seems you have this already
and nutrition. dont just eat jello. thats not the way to go. you need variety. fruits and vegetables, and daily vitamins. plenty of sleep will help you have enough energy for excercising.
Personally im a runner, and whenever i want to shed a few pounds, running works for me. i do 4 miles a day. but jumproping, bicycling with some endurance, circuit training, and dancing all help. If you stick with the same fitness schedule, ytour body will adapt to it and you wont have the same results.Do your research, buy some books, and control your tempations. Looking at pictures of what i want to look like keep me from eating junk food. Soda is horrible for you, so completely quit drinking it.
as for the six pack, there is no way to spot reduce fat. Everone’s body is different, some ppl will lose weight from their arms first, some from their face, chest, or thighs. You’ll just have to toil through.
And Time is needed too.
It isnt easy losing weight,but if you educate yourself and stay motivated, you can make sure all your energy isnt wasted.

It will take more than a month to lose that much. my mom has bin going to the gym and working out with a trainer and eating right and shit, and she has lost aboutttt 25-30 pounds and its bin about 5 months or somethinggg
